Award of Merit | American Institute of Architects

RG is proud to be part of the team that received an Award of Merit for Residential Architecture from the American Institute of Architects Northern Virginia for our work in relocating and rotating this historic house within its original lot.

This project not only restored the house’s historical ties to the Macomb Street neighborhood but also created space for new development, enriching the urban landscape along Wisconsin Avenue.
