After all there are more than 1,000 in the DMV each proclaiming mastery, exclusivity and lots of other glowing can-dos buyers love to hear. And then there’s Resit who proclaims none of it. He doesn’t have to, once shoppers see his magic. The magic can be found in a stunning Georgetown condo, a custom-build in Chevy Chase or an urban DC row house.
PERFORMANCE
In this industry, it is all about performance. Working to satisfy the customer, the codes, and yes, the conscience. Those combinations are the driving force that demands that we go beyond the standard. And what exactly does that mean, you ask? Sound like a song and dance? It’s not. R.builders takes it time to review any project before acceptance. There’s no blanket “we can do it all” philosophy in our building approach.

What is important to RG builders is to build structures that go beyond standard; those that simply meet regulations. Our primary principle is to build better.
OUR PROCESS
Blueprints are not enough. Neither are meetings. Or bid proposals. Our MO is to take the time to study the requirements, go to the property and examine what the customer is trying to achieve. Our conscience propels us to give the facts. We present the obstacles and challenges front and center after careful review of project details and customer vision, not always congruent. We study the property details and recommend options and sometimes alternatives to yield the best outcome. In other words we are not a “yes” company.
